To ensure your payments are processed faster and more securely, we've enhanced the online payment experience on Manheim.com so that you can make payments with your bank account or floor plan company and view the details of those payments. Make fast, secure payments on Manheim.com with your bank account or floor plan company. You can select which invoices you want to pay and which bank account or floor plan company you want to use. Get paid quickly for your sales at Manheim locations by selecting to receive direct deposit payments to your bank account via ACH.

Upload your bank account information in AuctionACCESS (refer to the How to Set Up ACH document in the Resources below).

Note: There is generally a 2-3-day bank validation period handled by AuctionACCESS.

Set the Receive Automatic Payment preference on your Manheim.com account and select your bank account (refer to the How to Set Payment Preferences in the Resources below).

How To Pay Online
  • How will paying on Manheim.com impact when I receive my titles?

    You will receive titles faster since online payments are posted immediately without delays for mailing and processing.

  • What if I only want to pay once the title is present?

    If you pay online on Manheim.com with your bank account, you can select if you want the payment to be made immediately or wait until the title is validated. This is not available for physical payment methods which must be mailed (checks, cashier’s checks, money orders).

  • Can I have multiple bank accounts set up for online payments?

    Yes. You can have multiple bank accounts set up for online payments. Each time you want to make a payment on Manheim.com, you can choose the bank account you want to use.

  • What is the Send Automatic Payments preference which is available on Manheim.com?

    This preference will automatically withdraw funds from your bank account immediately upon purchase or title validation (whichever is later). You can only have one bank account set as your preference which will be used for all transactions. Additionally, miscellaneous invoices (i.e. Trade AR) will withdraw funds from your bank account on the same day.

How To Get Paid Electronically
  • When will I receive funds if I set the Receive Automatic Payments preference?

    Setting the Receive Automatic Payments preference on Manheim.com will apply immediately to all unpaid transactions clear of holds. Payments are initiated by 7pm ET Mon-Fri for transactions clear of all holds (e.g. title is present). Funds are usually available in your bank account the following day, according to your financial institution’s policy.

  • How do I know what was included in my payment?

    You can run, save, and schedule the Seller Payment Remittance Detail report or the Seller Payment Remittance Detail with Pricing report on Manheim.com (refer to the How to Run a Report document in the Resources below).

  • Can I receive one direct deposit payment per vehicle if I set the Receive Automatic Payments preference?

    Yes. You can receive one payment per day (default), one payment per location, or one payment per vehicle. If you want to receive payments at any level other than the default, contact your Manheim Sales team member.

  • Can I have multiple bank accounts set up for direct deposit payments?

    No. You can only have one bank account set as your preference for direct deposit payments via ACH.

  • If I set the Receive Automatic Payments preference, do I also have to set the Send Automatic Payments preference?

    No. You can set the Receive Automatic Payments preference without having to set the "Send Automatic Payments preference.

While paying online is the fastest, most secure and preferred method of payment, you may also mail in your check, cashier’s check and money order payments. Please be sure to include a copy of your Manheim statement, invoice number(s), or written remittance detail with your client account number (5M) and the last 8 of the VIN(s) to the appropriate addresses below:
